Technique Introduction

We are operating our production strictly in compliance with the standards of the work flow in the practices, namely, GAP (good agricultural practice), GEP ( good extracting practices), GMP (good manufacturing practices), GLP (good laboratory practices), GCP (good clinical practices) and GSP(good supply practices), and it is also required that all the 200 established supplier and partners do the same.

GAP

GAP (good agriculturing practices) is first initiated by the EU, and the Green World is among the first organizations to introduce the practice into its business, and take great care in sourcing its raw material. GAP can effectively monitor and control the quality of the raw materials. To meet the need for a dependable supply of the ingredients used in most of its products, Green World grows, harvests and processes plants and herbs on its own highly specialized organic farms. Green World boasts with scores of farmlands throughout China and America in compliance with the GAP accredited by the world herbal authorities. In the future, these plantations will provide added assurance that the quality and performance of ingredients is extremely high and that the supply will not be interrupted. In fact, Green World utilizes its own farming techniques relying on biological methods of soil, weed, disease and insect management, namely the Green World Farming Practices (GWFP). The selection of ingredients is monitored by a team of professionals personally headed by Dr. Li and based on the principles and educational background she had. GAP is taken as the standards to guarantee the quality of herbal medicine in the First Workshop.

GEP

GEP ( good extracting practices) is a brand new technique through which the essence of the herbs and plants is extracted, and it involves an entire processing of the herbs and plants including extracting, purifying, distilling, concentrating, crystallizing, filtrating and drying. Green World does the extraction all by itself and its established partners. GEP is taken as the standards to guarantee the quality of herbal medicine in the Second Workshop.

GMP

GMP (good manufacturing practices) was initiated in 1975, and ever since it is taken as the international standard to govern the manufacturing and management of herbal medicines. GMP is taken as the standards to guarantee the quality of herbal medicine in the Third Workshop. Green World has been accredited by the GMP certification and FDA certification of the USA.
Green World also was assessed and registered ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Standard, ISO14001 Environment Management Standard and OHSMS18000 Safety Management Standard.

GLP

GLP (good laboratory practices). As a further insurance of quality, each aspect of production is subjected to rigorous laboratory testing in the well-equipped laboratory with cutting-edge instruments and facilities including high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph and mass spectrograph. Every stage in the production process from extraction and blending to final packaging involves careful inspection for performance and safety.

GCP

GCP (good clinical practices) was initiated over 30 years ago and it is a set of standard rules and regulations on the clinical tests. Green World is a responsible corporate citizen who operates its business entirely under the umbrella of GCP.

GSP

GSP (good supply practices) is one of the inalienable parts of the measures taken to guarantee the quality of the products and the safety of the application of the medicine. And the contributive factors resulting in quality problem during the course of distributing of the medicine are effectively exterminated. The health and safety of the customers has always been our priority.
